SIZE: 1x2M, 1.22x 2.44M, 3'x 8', 4'x 8', 6'x8' Sheet can be delivered in thickness between 0.3 and 30mm The available widths of perforated coils go from 55mm to 1500mm, with a maximum weight of approx. 8000kilos. Thickness range from 0.3-3.0mm The most common width and length are as following 1000MM x 2000MM 1220MM x 2440MM 1250MM x 2500MM 1250MM x 6000MM 1500MM x 3000MM 1500MM x 6000MM The following is the specifications for the round hole, staggered 60 (trangle pitch) Hole: 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0mm round hole 0.3-100mm 1)Carbon Steel (mild steel, or galvanized treatment) A. Carbon steel cold rolled. It has a quite bright surface. It is used in thickness from 0.3 to 3.0mm B. Carbon steel hot rolled pickled or black. The former has an opaque surface and the second has a quite black surface. They are used for the thickness from 1.5mm and above. 2)Stainless Steel Stainless steel is a general name for different kinds of steel alloyed with nickel and chrome, combined with other elements. The three most common types are EN 1.4301 (AISI 304), EN 1.4404 (AISI 316L) and EN 1.4016 (AISI 430) (chromatic steel). EN 1.4301 (AISI 304) is resistant to corrosion from humidity, and EN 1.4404 (AISI 316L) is resistant to corrsion form humidity and less aggressive acids. EN 1.4016 (AISI 430) is less corrosion resistant than the other two types. 3) Aluminium and its alloys This meterial is particularly interesting because of its weight advantages, being only one-third the weight of steel. Titanium Titanium is characterized by an excellent resistance to corrosion, from the most oxidant acids to saline atmospheres.
