The pellet machine is with ring die and two rollers, it is normal feed pellet making machine.

The pellet machine mainly makes the animal feed pellets. The diameter of feed pellet is 2.5-12mm; the length can be changed according to your need.

The power of pellet machine is 22kw; the feeder is 1.5kw; the conditioner is 2.2kw, you can link the boiler with conditioner, soften the raw materials and adjust the moisture of raw materials.

The capacity is 600-1500kg/hour. If your raw materials are fine grains, the capacity will be higher; if you add certain percentage grass, agricultural stalks or hay, the capacity will be lower.
