Welcome to my store, all the dresses are custom made, you can require any color and any size you need. Besides, if you want to make a dress that you can not find from my auctions, please just offer me the dress picture, we can make any dress stlye for you.
In common situation, we need about 15 days to finish the dress for you since we get your payment. if you need the dress in an urgent time, please tell us in advance, then we can check our plan and tell that if can we catch your time.
If you bid this item, it says that you are agree with our charges, if you can not accept it, please do not bid it. We will use DHL or TNT as shipping service, which usually cost about 3-7 days for the shipping.

1. The minimum order starts from 1 piece of each style, wholesale price is above 3 pieces, we accept mixing.
2. We need your to confirm the size and color if you decide to purchase our dress.
3. Dress will be start to be made and delivered only after payment has received and all the measurements and the color offered.
4. The wedding dress does not include any accessories, such as gloves, wedding veil and petticoat. but if buy more than US$300 once time, we can free send one piece of veil, petticoat or gloves.

you can choose your favorite color of the dress from our color table, if there has no the color you like, please provide us the reference picture, we would choose the most closed color fabric to make your dress
Return Policy

We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.
1.I refuse return the items back without any quality problems . if you bought it ,and not like it after you received it , i refuse return.
2. Should returns be required, pls contact us for a return authorization within 3 working days of the receipt of the product. But buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
3. If your order has been received and it is not what you ordered, or if your item has a manufacturer defect, pls contact us within 3 working days, then send back the item and we will send you an replacement for free.
4. All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all package materials, otherwise the item will be considered used item and maybe considered for trade-in purposes only.
5. We do not cover any items for damage after use.
6.As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customer tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately ±1 inch in the specified measurements.To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If you find the products are not suitable for you and have questions, you can contact us directly.
7.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration ,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration, so if you asked us to return money back just because chromatic aberration, we will not accept.

When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 3-15 days once your payment is completed.We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
