White Insulating Boron Nitride Ceramics
Prepared using vacuum hot sintered pressing hexagonal boron nitride and composite materials for its excellent high temperature performance, slag and molten metal corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity and high electrical insulation, and ease of processing performance (available general machining processing methods and products derived from high dimensional accuracy) in the amorphous alloy production as thin strip nozzle has been widely used . Main technical characteristics:
1. Boron nitride material structure tightness, the bulk density ≥ 2.2g/cm3, compressive strength ≥ 300MPa, apparent porosity ≤ 0.5%;
2. Organization delicate, smooth wear-resistant, non-cracking, non-delamination;
3. Rating of temperature above 1600 degrees;
4. Thermal expansion coefficient little.
For spraying molten metal alloy. Through to the moving cooling substrate ,then rapidly solidified and solidification metal strip to produce rapidly solidified metal ligature.
