They are prepared from fresh Allium sativum, L. cloves that have been cored, peeled, and properly cleaned prior to sizing and dehydrating. It shall be the true vegetable subtance from which no portion of its volatile constituents has been exhausted. The product is prepared, processed, and packed under moder food safety assurance system.
