TL2T2G Two-drum, Two-roll Dry Magnetic Separation Combination is widely applied to sorting of various minerals and separating and purifying materials in following aspects because of an extremely high magnetic induction and great magnetic field energy of the magnetic roll (magnetic drum):
For minerals: used to sort weak magnetic minerals, such as limonite, manganese oxide minerals, manganese carbonate, franklinite, martite, maghemite, titanic magnetite, siderite, and chromite.For raw material application: used to purify kaolin, feldspar, quartz, and zircon ore and to separate irons from various large grain materials.For recycling and reuse: used to obtain valuable substances from smelting waste.Main Functions and Characteristics of the Machine:
(i) It is to sort out grain-size 0.4~8mm magnetic minerals, and on the basis of feasible magnetic separation, it transforms a scattered ore sorting flow into a concentrated one through a combined form, which improves the sorting efficiency and grade greatly.
(ii) It uses permanent magnetic system to maintain working stability and ensure the concentrate grade.
(iii)The single magnetic system is used according to grain sizes of ores, which selects minerals below 8mm and rejects the entry of minerals over 8mm into the magnetic system.
(iv) The entire construction is simple, and the transmission part is externally exposed to achieve quick maintenance and repair during operation.
(v) As it incorporates high-level electrical control technology, operations are quick and straightforward and can improve operating efficiency and in the meantime relieve operator’s labor intensity.
(vi) The sorting bucket of the machine is provided with an adjustable partition board that is made of stainless steel and can effectively ensure machine life and meanwhile avoid the possible impact of rust on mineral grade. The partition board can be adjusted flexibly and fixed quickly, and play an important role in guaranteeing ore grade in production.
The entire device is structurally simple, rigid, and suitable for efficient production in harsh environment. It is easy to operate and repair, dresses ores fully, and brings high-grade concentrate.
The machine body has an eccentric cylinder at the left and right upper stages respectively, whose diameter is 400mm, magnetic field strength no less than 7000GS and magnetic system 1200mm long, and a full-magnetic roll at the left and right lower stages respectively, whose diameter is 100mm, magnetic field strength 12000~13000GS, and magnetic system 1000mm long. This design enables the magnetic field to make a gradient separation of 0.4~0.8mm ores. The cylinder has a high handling capacity, and because of high requirement for separating impurities and mineral crystals in small size cores, drum-like medium-level magnetic separation is used due to its high efficiency and high concentrate grade.
