Extrusion Unit System(Twining Type):

1. The Twining Type(Side Twining)

In this type, the mould is put directly below the pipes, and the adhesive and polyethylene extruder and production 

line are vertical. 

This adjustment method costs less but its shortage is that: because the polyethylene and 

adhesive are directly below the pipes, the operation will be affected, and it must fix assistant press roller when 

manufacturing small-bore steel pipes, otherwise it may appear unstability because of the light weight of the pipes.

2. The Twining Type(Upper Twining)

In this type, the mould is put directly above the pipes, and two extruders are put respectively on a platform driven by 

hydraulic. 

It is easy to operate the extrusion unit and winding equipment according to the specification. 

And it also can adjust the width of the sheet according to the screw pitch, which guarantees the homogeneity 

of polyethylene sheets joint. 

It's easy to save materials and easy to adjust. 

A small trolley can be fixed because the bottom of pipe is not limited by the space, in order to achieve automatically

cutting the rubber in the pipe end.
