2.Working principle

(1)On the bottom of the center has a discharge concentration product hopper, pool upper surrounding with ring overflow tank.

(2)There is a  vertical shaft which fixed with the motor in the centre of the tank to drive cylindrical gear reducer, intermediate gear, and turbine reducer rotation. 

(3)When the vertical shaft rotates, the pulp along the feeder trough into the center of the pool by cylinder, and to the enrichment of the pool all round flow.

(4)Pulp particles gradually settlement to the bottom of the thickener, and the rake frame the scraper scraping into the pool center hopper, with slurry discharge.

(5).clarified water flow through annular overflow tank.

5. Product maintenance

(1). Closed bottom flow gate, empty load to drive, then feed

(2).Machines are not allowed to fall into sundry, bottom exile ore gate must be open and flexible, and equipped with emergency gate

(3).Check the thickener center and drive all glue pump operation,treat the packing leakage and to add oil to lubrication part in time.
