3. Procedure

a, Chain wire diameter 2.0mm ~ 16.0mm, by Argon Arc Weldind,

Argon Arc Welding is not going to be tested by non-destructive test ( Magnetic Particle, Ultra Sonic , Radio Graphic  or X-ray )

b, Chain wire diameter 16.0mm ~ 20.0mm, by flash butt welding unit

 

4. Surface finish

a, generally polished

b, large diameter chain can be mirror polished per request
