Honeycomb ceramic filter is a fine strainer with straight hole structure, which provides a cost-efficient alternative to more effective ceramic foam filter.
We can produce different size of extruded ceramic filter; they have better handling properties than ceramic foam filters.
The advantages of honeycomb ceramic filter as follows:
Geometrical shape.
High dimensional accuracy.
Good mechanical and handling properties.
Maximum service temperature 1450°C, it is applied to grey iron, ductile iron and malleable iron. Grey iron requires cell diameters of less than or equal to 2 mm, spheroidal graphite iron requires cell diameters of 2 mm and greater.
