The company used no pollution slurry system in the Tape Casting method to produce Al2O3 ceramic substrates. Our products have many excellent features such as high density, high size precision, smooth and flat surface and good wresting properties.

The product can be used on HIC, semiconductior and so on.

We can produce the following specication, thickness from 0.25mm-1.2mm, the maximum length can be reach 170mm.
