Production Technology:

Blown-fiber blanket, made of common, high purity, high alumina and zirconium alumina silicate fibre cottons produced by blowing fiber forming technology, has undergone several processes including needling, thermal forming, vertical and transverse slitting and rolling. In addition to the same excellent performance of corresponding bulk aluminum silicate fibre cottons, various kinds of needled blankets have solid tensile strength.

Needled blankets have even texture and smooth surface. Needled blankets with different volume-weight and thickness have offered customers a wide range of material choices for the best heat insulation structure and energy saving efficiency. Swinging fibre blankets have even diameters, long fibre and low ball sediment, which comprehensively improves the inter-weaving degree, delamination resistance, performance, wind erosion resistance, flexibility and tensile strength of fibre. Therefore, the application performance of needled blankets is improved and material loss is reduced.

The common ones are made of hard chamotte clay, which are meltdown in resistance furnaces and processed by blowing or swinging technology.

The high purity and high aluminum ones are made of composite materials of pure alumina and silica powder, which are meltdown in resistance furnaces and processed by blowing or swinging technology.

Zirconium ones are made of composite materials of high purity alumina, silica powder and zircon sands, which are meltdown in resistance furnaces and processed by blowing or swinging technology.
