It is adopted flowing opposite burning technology, making the coal burns completely through preheating, drying distillation, and carbonizing, reaching the purpose of smoke prevention and dust control. After testing, the dark of smoke is less than (Green mann) 1.0 grade, it’s more energy conservation than the traditional for 30%-50%.

Big container to storage the coal, adding coal once could reach 4-8 hours to keep burning.

3. Tilted floating stoker

Our own design of the tilted floating stoker is belong to patent technology, controlling the thickness of coal seam effectively, making sure the good ventilation and lasting burning conditions, is more convenient for the cleaning the slag, falling ash.

4. The heat insulation system of energy conservation and environmental protection

The outside of the boiler is covered by high density of mineral wool thermal insulation layer, dry distillation room and burning room all adopt high temperature with refractory materials, decrease the heating loss of the boiler and reduce the warming of non-heating environment.
