Description

AG1050A/B is an alcohol based two-component polyurethane adhesive with low-residual performance, widely used in laminating of various treated film like BOPP,PET,PA,PE,CPP,PVDC,etc.

Typical Features:

High initial bonding strength. Outstanding transparency of the laminated film

Uneasy to create the residue with printing ink and films, make safer package.

Suitable to operate in middle and high-speed dry laminating machine.

The laminated films made by AG1050A/B is especially suitable for food and medicine package which have a strict stipulation of the sanitation safety, and suitable for the products which require the lower solvent-residue.

Comply with US FDA 21CFR175.105.

Performance Comparison

Example: Films for laminating (OPP30ink / CPP30); printed area: 60%; operate by Machine made by Fuji; Laminating speed: 120m/min; Curing 12hours at 45°C; base on liquid  chromatography Shimadzu.
