Zirconia Alumina(ZA), also called Alumina Zirconia is a kind of abrasive material whose crystal structure is made up of Al2O3 and ZrO2 together. It is made by Aluminium Oxide and Zirconia which are electrically fused at high temperature.It has the character of high strength,high toughness,excellent self-sharpening performance and mezzo hardness.So it has its own grinding and cutting performance that other abrasives don't have.

It is suitable for making all kinds of organic bonded abrasive tools.The abrasive tools made by ZA are suitable for blasting, grinding and cutting all kinds of steel,especially for difficult grinding special steel and stainless steel.There are two kinds of ZA,one is ZA40,the other is ZA25.The abrasive tools made by ZA40 are suibable for middle heavy grinding and cutting. And the abrasive tools made by ZA25 are suitable for heavy duty grinding and cutting. Also, ZA25 is suitable for blasting

marble, stainless steel, alloy steel ect.
